About the app

Parlor Pro is a teat health scoring tool for dairy auditors and herd managers. Score a cow's four teats on the standard 1–4 scale, and the app calculates TEHI, herd health scores, problem rates, and position hotspots, then generates a PDF report you can hand to the producer before you leave the farm.

It works entirely offline. There is no account and no server — every farm, session, and report is stored only on your device.

Common questions

Do I need an account or an internet connection?

No to both. Parlor Pro has no sign-in and makes no network requests. It works the same in a metal parlor with no signal as it does anywhere else.

Where is my data stored?

On your device only. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

What happens if I lose my device or delete the app?

Your scoring data goes with it. There is no cloud backup. We recommend keeping your device backed up through iCloud or a computer, and exporting the PDF or CSV for any session you need to keep.

How is the sample target calculated?

Parlor Pro targets a 20% sample of each pen. A 200-cow pen gives a target of 40 cows.

How does voice scoring work?

It uses your device's microphone and Apple's on-device speech recognition to turn spoken scores into observations. Audio is processed on the device and is never recorded, saved, or transmitted. Voice mode is optional — you can score by tapping instead.

Can I share a report?

Yes. Generate a PDF at the end of a session and send it through the standard iOS share sheet — email, Files, print, or anywhere else. You can also export raw observations as CSV.

What devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later.
